Hello, I was a summer intern for a company last year. There was approximately 650$ in my 401K, when all of a sudden I received a check in the mail of $480 stating that my 401k was withdrawn. There was a $120 tax fee associated with this withdrawal from the IRS, as well as an "administrative fee". I am wondering how to get back the $120 lost due to taxes, or if I have to roll over this check into some savings fund to not get early withdrawal penalties. THANKS!
