I love the quote that "if it's too big too fail, it's too big to exist." There is no reason a company like this should be allowed to continue to exist, especially after such egregious failures.
This might be the trust example of that. This is not a company that exists be aude the market wants it to.
It's backed by the military industrial complex and effectively another arm of the government
