Is the shaking the plant moving around finding the light source?

Yup, it's a little hard to see the shadows moving but you can see how it's correcting to get the optimal amount.

This is such a perfect video, and looks like it belongs in both science and interesting!

It was a really tough choice on which group to put it in!
