I joined a business mentorship back 2 months ago, iand cost 3.5k for 3 months. Of course I was promised the world and was told this was the only initial upfront cost but after I’d started the program found out there was more costs involved but I still went along and invested more money into it.
So I’m a total of almost 4k down and no return on my investments 2.5 months in.
I paid via credit. I’ve never complained and got a refund on any type of services before so I don’t know where I stand. I’d understand if it was my own poor judgment but they had clear wins etc I did my research beforehand and I’ve done everything that’s been asked & required etc so it’s not like I haven’t put the work in to make it happen, now I’ve been ghosted for a week by the owner as I’ve voiced my concerns already. I just want my money back and to move on. Do I have grounds to submit a credit card refund?
Thanks in advance
