Since joining Citibank, I've been receiving marketing emails from day one, but there's no unsubscribe button. Despite trying to disable marketing communications through the website, online chat, and customer service, I've had no success. Resorting to using a Google email filter proved futile as Citibank employs constantly changing email addresses like @info12.citi.com, and they use the same pattern for actual alerting emails, making it impossible to block them using pattern matching. This suggests Citibank is intentionally making it difficult for recipients to opt out of their emails.
Could anyone help how to deal with this? Thanks in advance.
