I have a protective order against my husband for me and my daughter. I cannot locate him to serve him and he has spent all of our money. I am now separated financially from him but I'm going to have to take out my retirement I got prior to meeting him. I read that there could be a penalty exemption due to domestic abuse and spousal abuse. I have a protective order in place.
