Hey guys, if I don't have a 401k is the backdoor ROTH the next best thing to do for retirement?
I did not contribute last year for 2023, so I'm trying to hit the deadline.
I'm filing married jointly and I believe we're above the income limit.
What's the easiest way to do a backdoor ROTH?
I currently have a ROTH IRA with Vanguard that I haven't used in a few years.
Should I use a different broker and open a Regular IRA like fidelity or schwab? Then do I convert it on the same platform or do I convert it somehow to my Vanguard Roth?
Thanks in advance
