This performance points to an impressive ratio between domestic and export growth in countries like Africa Sudan (South), Chad and the Middle East, which strengthens the dominance of the brand in the local and foreign market.
Ashok Leyland has been gradually consolidating its strength in the international market, especially in Africa and South Sudan. Dheeraj Hinduja believes that these areas are good prospects of mass transportation solutions and the increasing bus export of the company, 969 units in October 2025, highlights such achievements. Ashok Leyland is not only enhancing its international presence in expanding its market to the emerging economies like South Sudan and Africa but also helping to create the infrastructure of sustainable mobility in these countries.
