Hey all,
So I got a new job and in the 401K benefits, the 401K mention this:
Blank will make a discretionary contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferral up to 3% of your salary. You are immediately vested in your contributions.
In my previous job I was contributing 10% to the Employee 401K, with the above statement, what is the best percentage that I should be contributing and should I lower the 10% and contribute elsewhere with the current job? Is 10% excessive for this new job?
