I work for a personal loan company. Most of our clients pay their loans back online or call the office to pay over the phone with a debt card. Yesterday we were notified that we will start charging $2.95 per debit card payment on our already 35% interest loans. I feel angry for our clients, we already cater to a lower income demographic. I want to have a list of questions to ask during our conference call this afternoon. What questions should I ask that would help me advocate for our clients? I don’t feel this is legal?..
