I've run into the issue with gen z and one-on-one not being very productive. Tried setting agendas but getting them to talk is like pulling teeth

Not yet worked with them. So, how has been your experience actually?

I've run into them having a general lack of motivation for the work and some are downright more entitled than the boomers
