Help me to fix myself

submitted

I am 33 years old. My monthly income is $3400 living paycheck to paycheck

I have 4 bank loan and credit card maxed out. Totalling per month for loan payment is around $1700. The breakdown is as per below

$672 until November 2024

$404 until January 2026

$696 until July 2026

After paying all my personal loan, I am left with $1628.

My country have a compulsary retirement fund contribution which is for me i have to put in $230 per month. Current retirement fund I saved is around $22000.

My recurring expenses are

Phone bill : $36 (cheapest rate)

Wifi : $45 (cheapest rate)

Rental : $750 (cheapest I can find)

After all that, I'm left with only $567 to spend on everything (food and groceries mostly).

I work for 40 hours per week. If workload is high, I will have an extra $400-$1000 per month.

Is there anything I can do to make extra money? My current plan is ride out the storm until November and hope for the best.
