I would structure in four parts: an introduction as a high level, mostly non-technical description of what it is and what it solves, a highly technical description of each piece of the application, a description of its importance and how it has changed things for the users, and end on a summary and conclusion of what has been said. You would then open the floor for questions.

Honestly, this really depends on who the audience is. Is it an academic panel? Is it a bunch of executives for the company you work for? Is it students? Each one of those will have a variation on how technical and specific you need to be. The simplest pieces need to be intro, application details, and conclusion.
