I've been doing well with my cash/investments recently. Making up to $1000 per day between stocks, crypto, and my salary. I don't have any major expenses or responsibilities.
I have found that my motivation for self-improvement is declining because I am in a financially good position.
For example, I have no desire to seek promotions at work. I am very content with having lower pay and minimal responsibilities because there is less stress with my current position.
Career-wise, how can I maintain more of a growth mindset? I have no desire to advance my career right now because my current job is very easy. I don't have any incentive to challenge myself at work because I am already paid well and I don't need the additional cash that comes with a promotion.
