Hi everyone M24, looking for some advice.
Here is my current situation.
Bills,
- rent $1100
- civic type r $800 monthly (30,000 owed)
- 2500 HD Chevy $1100 monthly (50,000 owed)
- phone,WiFi, ect $170 -Insurance $400 -food monthly $200-$300
I only owe about $1500 across 6 credit cards.
Savings $11k
I’m truly thinking of selling my type r so I can start really saving and investing my money. My wife currently drives it every day to work(5miles), we are wanting to get her a more practical car but everything way too expensive. Base model civic is priced the same as what we currently owe on the type r. The only thing I can think of is to sell the type r and buy a older car or just stick to the payments we currently have. I use my truck for work and truly can’t part with it since it’s the moneymaker. I don’t much even have time to enjoy the car unfortunately I work Monday through Saturday and Sunday I pretty much just relax at home. Any advice would be great.
I make about $5000 a month if this helps, I’ve been watching Caleb hammer and I know I’ve made some bad decisions, please help ok how I can start to fix them.
