Projected by 2027 to be making 100k a year. Currently at 85k a year, 120k in savings, 20k in Roth IRA. Never went to college so I have zero student loans, and i have no debt at all in my name other than maybe 750-1k a month in credit card bills that i pay off every single time.
I’m currently living at home, but i’m ready to expand and buy a house. I guess my question is can I really afford it by myself? I don’t want to totally blow out my savings for it, but I’m of course ready for a financial hit for an investment like this.
What are some good numbers to hit for if I do buy a house? how much should i actually be saving out of my paycheck? Going into my mortgage? Bills? I feel so lost lol any advice is appreciated
