IFixit published a teardown of the new 13-inch M4 iPad Pro. For the first time in an iPad Pro, the battery can be removed immediately after removing the screen. The new setup still shaves hours off the process compared to earlier models.

So all that about needing to make the battery less easily replaceable to make it smaller was all bs?!
