So was there really no way to tell?
Tiny red mark but hardly noticeable. You might be able to tell it was a toxin but you'd actually have to test for it
I guess, like with most things, money needs to be spent that will never be allocated
That's pretty much it. A medical examiner isn't going to get the money required for this.
Is this still in service? Wouldn't surprise me.
Pretty sure it stopped after revealing in congressional testimony
