So I bought a house right before the pandemic hit with my partner. Long story short over the past couple years I've had a few losses that have drained my savings and now I am alone. I was in the process of going to college at the time when everything happened and had to take out a loan to help float me my last semester of college (along with student debt oc). Power prices were going through the roof so I also got solar panels to help with power costs (saved about $200 a month, had power cut off due to not having enough money before I got the panels, bad decision in hindsight). So after college I eventually got out of the hole financially enough to be able to pay my bills and loans but no extra really. The past couple months hit me hard with home repairs, some have been fixed and others are a work in progress. I'm having some home settling issues now with one room having a drafty gap between some double windows (uneven floor another), a leaky roof over another, and frozen pipes caused a bit of damage. Now the panels are creaking and groaning real loud every time the wind blows and it's concerning me. I can't really afford another loan and don't know what to do. I don't think I can sell the place rn and break even given the panels and general disrepair (talked to realtor), advice? I think that's everything, a lot happened all at the same time so I may have missed some details.
