Irritating colleague

So obviously this is going to anonymous

But for the past few months I have been working with a colleague who is always like crying and renting about their responsibilities. I mean dear friend you are supposed to take responsibility, and if you are having trouble just directly contact the HR or the boss or whatever.

I am tired honestly we are all doing are whatever we have been assigned to do.

Can I get some tips please, like how to tackle this person?

I think you mainly answered your own question. They need to do their job or go get one they like more. They also need to go to their boss or HR for whatever troubles they have if it's not the actual job.

Might be worth talking to them. If you figure out what the actual issue is, maybe you could convince them to go speak to someone or even just do their job.
