We have a tiny family bathroom (shown without toilet), I am thinking a combination sink / toilet would make it feel lot bigger.
The toilet is currently under the window and the first thing you see when you walk in (not ideal), with the boxed waste pipe in the top right corner, it can't go further to the right.
The sink is right as you walk in, and feels restricting.
I like the idea of having the sink on the left, this doesn't draw your eye to the toilet, and gives more space to get in/ out of the bath. But having a mirror over the sink is a petty big deal for many.
We want to move in a few years, so getting this right is important.
(The design of the sink/toilet isn't final, we have to work out a way to accommodate the boxed in waste pipe too.)
