Merchant agreed to refund me $xx amount (not a crazy amount at all) and then explicitly stated that they refunded my money. I have it all in text messages. Two weeks later, I still have no refund. I tried messaging them again but I am now blocked. I paid with a capital one credit card. Will it be easy to dispute this with capital one? It was for a beauty service gone wrong. Thanks!
