I can feel you buddy. Let me provide a solution here:

Create a list of all the works you are doing and approx time it takes
When you start feeling it is way more than you expected then talk to your managers.
Ask them to help you out in getting rid of the burden.
If they can ok, if not then clearly state, as per the data you have from 1st to hr.
