Is that red paint normal? It looks like matches to me otherwise
There's no standard meaning but it's usually a classification system for the lumber yard. For some it could be the type of lumber and for others it signifies lengths.
Thats gotta be frustrating if they all have a different system
I'd imagine it's probably not used outside of the specific yard
