It's effectively become a way to move wealth out of an area and it's absolutely for the better to move them into the same regulations as small hotels.
Big reason people are starting to sour on Airbnbs
I've had some horrible experiences with Airbnbs and shitty owners. I do wonder if they're running a review scam like Yelp.
