I'm in a bind. I'm paying down a shit ton of debt and am in the process of cutting out all unnecessary expenses. I'm thinking of getting rid of my internet at my home.
I think it's a good idea because that will save me about $100/mo that I can put toward my debt. My cell phone is on a family plan with unlimited data, so I think I should be ok. I don't do anything too data heavy like gaming or video editing. It's mostly internet browsing and I will stream the occasional show, but I don't think I've watched anything longer than a 30' YT video in over a year. I also have a small office that I run that has internet. It's about 20 minutes away from my house and I have access to it whenever I want.
Based on this is there a compelling reason to keep my internet service at my house?
