Where I live, yes. In an area with good cable or fiber, hell no.
That's what worries me and has prevented me from getting it. At the end of the day it's satellite Internet and we all know how that has always gone.

Given they are lowering altitude, it mean they're going to be more densely packed. Short answer, yes.
