I really do wonder what the hold up is. They've shown Russia isn't the big scary bear it has made itself out to be in the past.
I don't think the average gets how delicate this stuff can be.
I guess that's true. I would hope they make these decisions with more forethought, planning, and knowledge that us armchair experts don't have.
Probably not always true but one should hope.
