Hi. Recently i've decided to open a bank account in TD bank, i heard its better then BoA and Chase. I've scheduled appointment and come 10 minutes before to be in time. My appointment has been started only in 50 minutes. My manager was sitting all the time right in front of me and each time when i told him i have appointment he told he is busy. Then in 1h he just normally ask me to come like nothing happened (i think its normal in USA, i think all workers in USA dont give af about customers, but this one amazed me specially). After i've applied for an account, he told me he need some time to complete my application, and i could wait for him sitting in a waiting bench or i could go elsewhere and i will receive a message to return. 4 days passed, no notification i've received. I called to a customer support and explained situation, support girl with a dead voice asked my account number, i've explained situation again that i only applied for an account and she asked me again: what is your account number with same dead intonation. Its interesting, how many time should i repeat her that i don't have an account yet because im only applying for it. I've asked her if she is a robot? She asked me if i am a robot in return. After that i understood that person is retarded and finish my call. TD bank, you are trash.
