I am absolutely a captive customer because of that
I firmly believe, like the article said, that it's intentional to keep smaller airlines from being able to grow
Hope something comes of this. You can see how everyone is being price gouged and shoved like sardines into the plane because of their greed.
I just think it's a product of making this a private enterprise and no real way to make a profit. Airlines have always lost money.
