Really puts into perspective how much land they have

It's kind of insane to think about and then to think about how most of it is barren

About 70% unused!

Honestly thought it was more with how the maps look

Mercator projections are the worst for size comparisons

Isn't the majority of the population in the West?

They are, pretty much close to Moscow

I guess wanting actual usable land is what makes them try to expand west

Not like they'll have much left with what they've done in Ukraine

I don't know that Putin cares. It's a pride thing.
