I’m 21 in the U.S. with a full time job and also in the National Guard. From my full time job my salary as of now is 40k a year with non taxable per diem of $3,500 a month. I’m still “living” at home with my parent as I travel for work out of state. Living arrangements during work I pay for along with food and other necessities. I have $3.5k in one savings account through my local credit union and $3k in an ally savings account. I also have $3.5k in a rollover IRA in Fidelity through my previous job. I’m stuck as to what I should be doing with my money. I don’t have any major goals in the near future as buying a house or even moving out would be a waste. Im just wanting to know what I should be doing with my money to grow and benefit me in the future.
