Hey everyone,
I'm looking for some good political games. I don't mean it in the "neckbeard capital G - GAMER" way, where the politics is just that there's a trans person in the game kinda shit. I'll give some examples:
Bioshock, a harsh critique of Ayn Rand's philosophy of objectivism and the decay that unfolds after you throw morality, ethics and every other thing that makes us human out the fucking window. Rapture is a city filled with addicts and genetically modified murderers because in this dog-eat-dog world, it allowed for genetically modified murders to exist, the kind of people who don't mind killing little girls for their next hit of the drug.
Fallout: New Vegas, where unchecked capitalism and imperialism lead to a nuclear war and near destruction of humanity. And it really makes you question your views and choices with its complex web of incompetent and flawed factions, displaying how morality is not always black-and-white.
Grand Theft Auto IV, experiencing the chasing of 'The American Dream' through the eyes of a Balkan immigrant, desperately trying to run away from the life of crime but can't seem to leave it behind, only to find out that 'The American Dream' is a hoax and it fucking sucks.
These are the ones I have played, so if you know any other/better ones, please suggest them to me. I want games that says something on a deeper level, games that will make you question your morality and political beliefs. Suggest me some good ones.
Edit: grammar
