I've seen in places that he might have been coming off shift and really didn't want to deal with it.

I've felt his panic. Almost had a heart attack passing a cop once while I was speeding. I didn't pull over but I did slow down and merge to the right. Kept looking back for an hour until j saw him turn off.

Just seeing that speed makes me nervous
